Good Day,
I have been task by my company to install Kamailio, can I get some assistance in installing the application? Also is there a GUI for easy install?

I would like to have it run as an SBC with multiple ITSP SIP trunks and Multiple PBX registering to the SBC. Also a way to receive and pass User-to-User (UUI) information.

I think you need to evaluate whether Kamailio, as a SIP proxy, can meet the requirements of an "SBC" before you proceed.

To know whether you really what Kamailio. If you still think you do, this will install it on debian:
apt-key adv --recv-keys --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com 0xfb40d3e6508ea4c8
echo "deb http://deb.kamailio.org/kamailio50 jessie main" >> /etc/apt/sources.list

You SHOULD look into freeSWITCH as well:
https://www.freeswitchservice.com/solutions/freeswitchsbc
And to install it: https://freeswitch.org/confluence/display/FREESWITCH/Debian+8+Jessie
Be aware freeSWITCH doesn't install easily on Debian 9.
You seem to have a lot of reading ahead of you, so maybe read up:

Thanks for the feedback, I already have an ACD/PBX installed in my current environment, just need a simple SBC solution.
Today am currently registering my SIP trunks from my ACD directly to the ITSP, which works fine but limited and somewhat insecure. I would like to place an SBC between them where I can register my SIP Trunk on the SBC then register my ACD to the SBC also transport User-to-User info https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7433

Fair enough. But it's important to understand that Kamailio is not a piece of finished software like say, Asterisk or Freeswitch, where you just edit some declarative configuration files and "enable the SBC funcitonality" or whatever. It's more of a kind of SDK, almost, driven by an imperative domain-specific scripting language, so you'd have to meticulously script your desired outcomes.
There are two different ways the term "SBC" is commonly used. One is kind of folkloric in nature, and refers to a carrier and/or customer endpoint-facing "traffic aggregation" element in a rather generic sense. The other notion is somewhat more specific to the understanding fostered by the commercial SBC industry, and includes some things Kamailio either does not do well or to which it is not exceptionally well-suited. Which one are you after?
Kamailio can certainly play the role you're wanting it to play, but you need to be aware of the trade-offs. For instance, there are a number of things that fall under the mainstream commercial understanding of SBC, such as ASIC-assisted RTP relay, B2BUA-based topology hiding, various types of registrar caching middlebox functionality, forwarding out of a large number of network interfaces/VLANs, etc.

There's many opinions on how to install, which os to install on, and so forth.
There's some great videos on youtube that talk about how people run kamailio in their own environments:
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCElq4JNTPd7bs2vbfAAYVJA
Although many people have different methods of installing the software, a great tutorial exists here:
http://kamailio.org/docs/tutorials/5.1.x/kamailio-install-guide-git/
The wiki is also a great place to find information on the software:

Good luck!

Anybody would recommend using these ?

For testing and development, sure.
In debian you need to add the Repo as stated above, adding the key:
wget -O- http://deb.kamailio.org/kamailiodebkey.gpg | sudo apt-key add -
Then adding the repo to the apt repo list:
echo "deb http://deb.kamailio.org/kamailio51 stretch main" >> /etc/apt/sources.list
Then update apt:
apt-get update
Then install kamailio:
apt-get install kamailio kamailio-mysql...
To see exactly what you can install:
apt-get search kamailio
And take it from the list.
