Hi,
Looks like you have problem with your ser.cfg. Send it as attachment in your next mail, so that someone can help finding faults in it.
Btw, you can try doing it yourself. For instance,
May 7 20:35:05 crm ser: parse error (90,20-21): Can't set module parameter
means that you have an error at line 90, characters 20 thorugh 21.
Regards.

Hi,
There are some differences between ser 0.8.x and 0.9.x. One problem I see is with logical operators. For instance,
if (!method=="REGISTER") record_route();
will now become
if (method!="REGISTER") record_route();
Anyway, I fixed your ser.cfg. Try starting SER with "serctl start" command (not just "ser"). Btw, get a document called Getting Started 05 from www.onsip.org (you'll need to register as well). This document is perfect for understanding how to start configuring SER from the very beginning to the complex stuff, like PSTN or NAT. Also, try using xlog module to log your messages. Helps a lot.
Good luck :)

Looks like you have to re-initialize your MySQL tables as well. Use ser_mysql.sh to to that.

Hi all
By adding following line in ser.cfg
fifo_db_url="mysql://ser:heslo@localhost/ser"
the errors not there except
May 8 22:57:13 crm /usr/local/sbin/ser[23549]: Maxfwd module- initializing
I have created users with serctl and able to register
Now i want to make accounting , how can i make accounting, and Voice mail
Does ONSip had serweb package or i should get from other place
any one have deployed Voice mail facility in SER,
I use to work with Astrix when i dia *98 i use to recover Voice mails
is there any facility same like in SER
ram
Hi,
May 8 22:57:13 crm /usr/local/sbin/ser[23549]: Maxfwd module- initializing
is not an error per se. Dont worry about it. Try configuring your SER according to gettingstarted document and it will go away.
Anyway, Im not sure on how to do a proper accounting or VM on SER. All I know is that you can implement VM either on SER directly or on Asterisk. And as for accounting you can use SER directly.
Getting started doc will not describe you on how to implement VM or accounting. You have to find other sources (I dont know which one's exactly :( )
Good luck anyway,
Andrey.
