I have a question about parallel forking ,
In generally, UA send a INVITE message to Poxy server(openser), and build a "early dialog" when receives a 180 ring response from proxy, Now, if UA receives two 180 ringing from Proxy Server that uses parallel foring , that means UA has two early dialogs in itself , is it right ?

right, early dialog was a pstn invention and it does not mix well with parallel forking.

Could I say if there are two 180 ringing responses send to MGCF that controls media GW , the MGCF can't handle this two response and maybe it will produce error, Right ?

right, early dialog was a pstn invention and it does not mix well with parallel forking.

hard to say what the UA will do. it could mix the early media, stop playing the first when the second arrives, or play nothing.

Yes, and it's UAC (caller) decission how to handle them. Normally a SIp phone just renders the first 183 received but there is not a rule for that (AFAIK).
