Hello,
I installed kamailio and i want to have sharing audio between a sip client
and MSN client , but i don't know which module i will to configure
someone can tell me what i do please

AFAIK, that's not possible, they are diferent protocols.
I don't know if the purple module could be used for this .. but i doubt it.

Hi,
libpurple, the library under the purple module doesn't allow audio.
So purple module can't be used to share audio between MSN and SIP.
But If you find a non official opensource MSN client (using libpurple) which
is able to share audio, then it may be added with a lot of effort.
