Hi,
libpurple, the library under the purple module doesn't allow audio.
So purple module can't be used to share audio between MSN and SIP.
But If you find a non official opensource MSN client (using libpurple) which is able to share audio, then it may be added with a lot of effort.

cannot do it as nothing is catching the rtp stream from sip side to
gateway the audio. IM and presence should work.
