It's weird. When sends 1 or 2 net strings per message I see that my client
receives ~18 messages per second. When starts to grow the amount of
netstrings the messages received decrease to 1 per second and fewer.
Any advice?

I believe this is up to the TCP stack / OS rather than any aspect of
Kamailio's implementation.
