Hello, you can set per tcp connection lifetime using tcpops module: - https://www.kamailio.org/docs/modules/stable/modules/tcpops.html You can do that when you get the INVITE, before sending a negative response from kamailio.cfg. Or, if you relay the invite, set a failure route for it and do the operation there.
