When a phone registers it has an expire time of 3600 sec.
The user just turned off the phone and plugged it into another network.
The server does not let register anymore, since it is already registered.
Need to wait 1300 seconds for next register.
Is there a way (openserctl xxxxxx) to release the phone ?
I don't want to remove the phone from the database!!!
