Hi,
actual versions of Kamailio have an cli option to print out the parsed only
config. That's quiet handy for that kind of debugging process.
Maybe an good point for the future.

Nevermind... being blind...
There was an inactivating #!ifdef around the part matching the
dispatcher in question.
