Hi Jon,
There is no way to tell identify the reply retransmissions in
reply_route - this routes is called to report the received replies,
before running the transaction state machine (and to decide if the reply
should be or not relay to the UAC).

retranmission of the Reply.
How can I determine in a REPLY-ROUTE if a reply has already been seen?
$T_reply_code would work, if on entry to the first reply route it was
zero, but I suspect it is the value of the current reply.
