My Kamailio version is 5.3.4. Hepv3 is only TCP? The traffic is sended over TCP?

If I using:

No captured data on Homer SIP Capture Server.

short answer - yes it does.

You can capture the traffic within Kamailio (siptrace module) or
did that (if the traffic is plain sip) with 3rd party stuff like
heplify.
