The documentation you are pointing at is outdated. Please follow the instructions in the README file present in the SEMS source tree. oRtp is no more needed as SEMS now has its own RTP stack. You can find more informations at http://sems.berlios.de. If it still doesn't work, please contact us at sems@lists.iptel.org.
