Yes. But it is up to the endpoint to send the PRACK in response to a non-100 provisional message sent reliably, not the proxy, so Kamailio doesn't really need to 'support' anything related to the PRACK method other than relaying it, which it will.

PRACK is just another in-dialog request. Kamailio could also route an in-dialog CHICKEN method request XD

CHICKEN is OK, but if you want to carry on a really interesting dialog, try BEEF with growth-hormone extensions in the Supported: header.
