in ser.cfg file I have the lines like this
debug=8
log_stderror=yes
fork=no
but when I start ser with command
serctl start
it remains blocked in
Starting SER :
and no debug info is not printed on screen

# /usr/local/sbin/ser

you can do like that...
/usr/local/sbin/ser -f /etc/ser/ser.cfg -E -ddddddddddd
