I have tried all sorts of configurations with both rtpproxy and media proxy, but I continue to end up with audio only working on one end of the call. The latest I tried to turn on rtpproxy for all calls. The call goes through but audio is only heard from the callee to the caller. Any help is greatly appreciated.

have you checked in the SDP for INVITE and 200OK if the IPs and ports (after openser) are correct?
