get_record(): lookup failed when try to add or invite a user to a private chat room with imc module. join to a public room works!

Run with debug=3 in kamailio.cfg and then send all the log messages printed by kamailio when you reproduce the issue. Take also the sip network traffic as pcap file or ngrep output, to be able to troubleshoot properly.
