Looking for a sanity check...
Starting to use the pa module and it seems like info may be missing in a
notify - or not...;-/

User "joe" subscribes to "george" (who is online)
SER responds with OK to subscribe
SER sends NOTIFY to "joe" regarding "george" (ngrep below)
There doesn't seem to be much in the body and the client doesn't see the
presence as 'online'.....
Is this a legitemate Notify, shouldn't it have 'status' info in the body?...
