Hi,
I've configured the ser with my lcr and its working fine. If first gateway fails after a wait of 30sec it loads another gw and passes the call to my asterisk server. Now I want to reduce this 30sec retry time to 5sec so in case my first gw is not reachable then after 5sec it should load the next gateway.
thanks

Hello,
you can configure the timeout for each INVITE transaction (request you sent via a tm module -- t_relay()) with the fr_inv_timer_avp:
http://www.openser.org/docs/modules/1.1.x/tm.html#AEN251
Cheers, Daniel

You can read about integration with a PSTN GW and how to play around with the timeouts in the SER Getting Started book available for free on the net. Look in the corresponding section in there.
