Am running ser with mediaproxy and it's working fine. No issue with any natted UA's including forwarding to PSTN for that past few months. I have just installed asterisk_b2bua and instead of rewritting uri to my ITSP and am rewritting to asterisk but now the audio is just oneway. am using the same ser.conf configure file. the only thing I have chenged is the IP of ITSP to Asterisk IP. both SER and asterisk have public IP.
am new with asterisk and I was wondering if there is something on asterisk that I have to configure.?
thanks
Mohamed

A database module is missing (mysql, pgsql or dbtext), there is no dependency between uri_* and auth_* modules. Looks like the version is 0.8.14, so the module is uri, uri_db was introduced after.

ok, 0.9.0 should be better, but you still load uri_db which needs a database module. Try to localize the lines with word "error" in your debug messages, what you sent is pretty useless. If you want to get rid of all these memory debugging messages, edit the Makefile.defs, comment the line with -DDBG_QM_MALLOC and uncomment the one with -DF_MALLOC (somewhere around line 300). Then recompile and reinstall ser and all needed modules (e.g.: make proper include_modules="mysql auth_radius uri_radius" ; make all include_modules="mysql auth_radius uri_radius" ; make install include_modules="mysql auth_radius uri_radius").

hello
its working now using RTPProxy.
(PrivateIp)UA<------->SER<--------->UA(PrivateIP) (PublicIp)UA<------->SER<--------->UA(PrivateIP) (PublicIp)UA<------->SER<--------->UA(PublicIP)
the only problem i am haveing in this setup. sometimes with accepting ACK.
Actuallying some time call is disconnected on one UA but on other side UA is not disconnecting this call
example
UAC(publicIP)-------->SER---------->UAS(privateIP) UAC<-------RTPProxy------>UAS(display message "awaiting ack" after some time it is terminating call And displaying message "ACK TimeOut")
and if it HangUp call from UAC(publicIP)
UAC----->SendingBYE------>UAS (UAS is not disconnecting call and saying "waiting for ACK" and after sometimes display message "ACK Timeout")
any comments

I quickly reviewed the config, but couldn't see any immediate issues, the ACKs should go through fine. Could you supply an ngrep trace of faulty call setup? g-)

hello
its working now using RTPProxy.
(PrivateIp)UA<------->SER<--------->UA(PrivateIP) (PublicIp)UA<------->SER<--------->UA(PrivateIP) (PublicIp)UA<------->SER<--------->UA(PublicIP)
the only problem i am haveing in this setup. sometimes with accepting ACK.

We have two different approches to testing nat in the rtpproxy and mediaproxy configs that introduced the error. We are discussing how to resolve this before notifying people about this issue.
Try: 192. onreply_route[1] { 193. 194. if (isflagset(6) && status=~"(180)|(183)|2[0-9][0-9]") { 195. if (!search("^Content-Length:\ 0")) { 196. force_rtp_proxy(); 197. }; 198. } else if (nat_uac_test("1")) { 199. fix_nated_contact(); 200. }; 201. } fix_nated_contact() should go in between line 194 and 195.
