We are not able to help you without additional information. We would need to see SIP message dumps (you can make them with ngrep or ethereal) and your config file.

I've installed the sip server. and i created a sip account using serctl add command. The server pc has a static IP. When i try to make our ip phone register with ser server, with the username and password, it says 'registration failed'. Woudl be really great if you could tell me why and what i can do to solve the issue.
