If I am not using a failure_route to catch failed responses to transactional events, but have an onreply_route, does that guarantee that *all* failures will be caught by the onreply_route without being diverted and muffled somewhere?

Based on the behaviour I am witnessing, it seems that is correct, but I wanted to verify.
