I would like to know what other ser users use for voice menus? For instance, the first thing I would like to do in this area is;
When a caller rings our phone nuber they get a pre-recorded voice message; "If you know your parties ext# please dial, or else choose from one of the following options. Dial 1# for sales, 2# for...."

Asterisk can be your answer. It's really easy setup an IVR, voicemail, etc. SER and Asterisk work great together.
