looks like some process is already listening on port 5060, therefore ser
can't bind to port 5060!

 you can force ser to be responsable for a certain
 domain using the alias
 directive, e.g.:

 alias=obelix.ict.tuwien.ac.at

 The name of my PC is DemoSIP.  It is in my hosts  file.
  Could this be why I'm having difficulties
getting  a
  SIP device to register with my server?
