I was receiving 302 replies in the onreply_route. Is that expected? I think my config file expected it in failure_route. I'm using latest CSV...

Hi John,
in onreply_route you get *all* replies - provisional, 200 OK, negative. In failure route you get only the negative ones. So, your 3xx reply will be visible in both routes.
are you sure you installed a failure_route for your request? also, are you using stateful forwarding?
