Thanks so much for your prompt reply. Changing the Date and Time fixed the problem. You
are a genius!
There were no error messages that I could see, but because the compile/build was failing
to complete, I could not install OpenSER. I am new to both Linux and OpenSER.

I see only warnings, which you can fix by setting the
correct date/time
on you Linux PC.
Aren't there any error messages?
