I just realised that the date: parameters is not set in each SIP message, am sure this is correct, but wouldnt this be a good idea, I am trying to work out which part of my call is being delayed, and the date command would make it easier. Just compare times between each message in ngrep. Something like what mailservers do, so that you can see if the mail was on a queue for a long time.
