Dear All,
I can see that permission module initializes DB only once with Openser
startup. All the changes, made in DB, will be postponed till the next
Openser restart.
Can anybody advise how to make real-time permission DB fetching?

You can reload the tables using the MI interface of openser.

For example you can use fifo as MI transport:
1. load and configure mi_fifo module
2. configure openserctl to use fifo
3. # openserctl fifo address_reload
