I need to use the SER proxy over NAT. For that, I only need that all SIP communcation between SER and other Sip Server will always work on a single port - altough the SIP client that connects SER use different port for REGISTER and INVITE
Is it possible?

yes, in UDP, openser uses all the time (by default) port 5060.
