Pardon my French (which has always been terrible), but you might have more success in English. What I gather from your question is how to install kamailio on Ubuntu 16.04 (Xenial). The easies way is to use the packages from http://deb.kamailio.org/#stable51 Add the pgp key: wget -O- http://deb.kamailio.org/kamailiodebkey.gpg | sudo apt-key add - and to /etc/apt/sources.list: deb http://deb.kamailio.org/kamailio51 xenial main and you can install with 'apt-get update && apt-get install kamailio' The package comes with a default config as a good starting point.

1. If can manage to present your questions in English, you are more likely to get helpful responses.
2. Kamailio is not something simple which you can learn how to install and configure without a very good understanding of VoIP and SIP in particular, therefore this might not be the best choice of project for you.
3. Nobody can offer you step by step instructions on how to configure Kamailio unless you tell us what you want it to do. It is a very capable system with many different modules and configuration options - it depends what you want to use it for as to which of those you need and how to use them.
So, please consider whether you have the time to learn enough about VoIP and SIP to be able to use Kamailio at all, and if you think the answer is yes, please decide what you want to use Kamailio for and where it would fit into whatever network setup you want to create; then you'll be in a position to ask some more specific questions here which people might be able to help with.
