" There is no change that has to be done to configuration file or database structure comparing with the previous releases of the v X.X branch."

So, you just do an upgrade with the standard operating system tools your linux system provides.

Minor upgrades usually do not need any database or config changes. You can just run your usual make/make install process over the previous version.
