Hi,
I'm trying to contact the guys from SER for a quotation on assistance with
installing/configuring/maintaining an SER server on our network.
Does anyone else offer this as a 'paid-for' service?
Also, does anyone know the best billing server for this?

Got an inital reply from Andy Blen but he has not replied after that.
Does anyone here use the services of Iptel for their SIP service.
Are they reliable and responsive?
Not getting a reply concerns me about using them...

Not getting a reply concerns me about using them...
The problem is that, _before_ the iptel.org folks even give you a
quotation for the software or service fees they demand a written
NDA which includes that youre not allowed to tell other about their
services, fees etc. Sad but true.
Thats very probably the reason why you dont get any answers here :)
