Any IVR application server can be used with Kamailio as long as it uses SIP as a
signalling technology, since Kamailio is a SIP proxy.
As for "how", you're asking the question backwards: why do you want to use
an IVR engine with Kamailio? How would using Kamailio aid the delivery of an IVR
service?

Kamailio is not an application but a piece of infrastructure. It would be more useful in
a scenario such as load-balancing calls across a large group of IVR servers.
Think of it as a router.
