Kamailio is configured in kamailio.cfg and is all about routing of SIP messages. Read and *learn* that configuration file to understand how Kamailio handles call setup and call teardowns and how it routes messages.

There are a number of reference documents on www.kamailio.org and a lot of interesting documents and tutorials on http://kb.asipto.com/kamailio:index to help you.

After reading these documents and studying the configuration of your server, you will be able to ask a more specific question than "how to config it" :-)

On most mailing lists that's not a good question, since it indicates that you have not tried doing your homework by reading the available documentation. It's very hard to get good answers to that kind of questions on a public mailing list.
