I can see the ACC module logs time using GMT time. How can I instruct it to log using the timestamp (the server local time).

There is no such an option on stable SER release. As you might have noticed in an earlier post on tenth of July, I introduced a "db_localtime" option to devel version of acc module -- if turned on, localtime is used instead.
