Hello,
I installed serweb and I am having a hard time in having 'add new contact' to work for adding more destination numbers to direct a call to.
When I use 'ngrep' to see, I get this:
SIP/2.0 500 FQDN in SDP Media cannot be resolved
Please, help me know what I am doing wrong in adding new contacts.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Gilbert
The error below is probably not related to you problems with serweb. The user agent complains about the IP/FQDN in the body of the message and serweb does not touch this.

Dear Sir,
Thanks so much for your answer on the following, and want to kindly ask you if you can guide me on where to start with the setup of ser to have it work with AS5300.(if there is any complete documents available)
Weirdly, making a call is working but adding a new contact is not making a call out and getting the compaint from the user-agent(is this the AS5300).
My set up on the AS5300 is :
sip-ua nat symmetric role active nat symmetric check-media-src max-forwards 15 sip-server ipv4:<the ser's IP>
Many thanks in advance,
Gilbert
