I'm in trouble with my sip proxy, I have to forward some calls to a h323 gateway or to a vocal sip proxy?
So does anybody knows how can I do this?

I have readed admin guide, but don't understand how to forward a call to h323 gw, or maibe to forward to another sip!

Look for forward or t_relay_to_udp functions. Search through the list archive, examples have been posted several times.
