You would use: Force_send_socket method.

Call Enters Kamailio > Check the table >> If the phone number is found >> SOURCE IP : 1.1.1.1

                                                                  If the phone number is not found >> Source IP : 2.2.2.2

Kamailio is listening on both 1.1.1.1 and 2.2.2.2 .
