On the sipthat blog (http://sipthat.com/) there is an article about the eyebeam SDK which comes with an PA module for ser.

The eyeBeam SDK also comes with a basic Presence Agent module for SER [SIP express Router by iptel.org].

Does anybody have more infos on this module? Is it new or only extended? Is it available without buying the SDK?

Most likely it is sip_router/modules/pa module improved by Xten guys. I received some patches from them which will be included into the public source tree.
