Hello,
it should not matter from where you run sipsak (the server itself or any other
Linux host). The results from your both sipsak runs show that your Ser is not
configured correctly. At least it does not recognize
bbcom-ser.bbcominc.com
as its own server address/domain.
Please search the mailing lists for this often dicussed problem.

Seems to time out.
Should I even doit from another box or should I do it from the SER server?
