What is the missing functionnality that miss to ser to be a B2BUA ??
(i was sure it could work in statefull mode).

The functionality missing is the B2BUA functionality ;-) . If you look for a commercial solution of B2BUA, see http://www.iptel.org/aa/.
(i was sure it could work in statefull mode).
It works in satefull mode -- transaction statefull -- using tm module.
