It’s not clear what exactly are You looking for.... OpenSER is only a SIP-Proxy and as so, only aware of signalling. Ok, there are modules for UAC and others, but is still is strictly a SIP-Proxy. So, what are You asking about? How to route traffic to a Video server? How to determine video/voice codec? Could You explain it a little bit more?
