ACK is lost AND A sent BYE cmd,B do not recv ACK and is also Retransmission
200 OK, How can I distinguish this 200 OK and drop it?

1. Why would you want to drop it?
2. Any reply has a CSeq value matching the request to which it corresponds. So, $rm,
method, and is_method() in an onreply_route can all be used to test for a BYE.

That's really weird, why are not ACKing the first 200 OK? Is this on
purpose?
