Is there any way, i can control channels like asterisk
per user this many channels to make calls out.
how can i achive the same with openSER
any examples.

Hello,
openser has no notion of channels. OpenSER supports sip only. If you want to limit the number of active calls, check the dialog module.

what command i need to use i dont find any thing like that other than time limitations
