Hi all,
I'm using SER as originating SIP server, and putting all the logs in a
MySQL table.
Since the international calls are as 00x or 00xx or 00xxx (no specific
length), is there a nice way to do the billing based on the country
code?

look at lcr module, see how it routes based on prefix, pull that query
modify to do your billing
