Hello,
Sometimes, when I restart ser or when I reboot the server ser is not correctly started.
When ser is started, the server indicate that it is ok, but when I try to stop ser I receive an error.
I have tried to restart several times ser and I see that it is not each time.

The exact same thing happens to us. Even with debug at 7 we can't seem to figure out why. I suspect it has something to do with MySQL. It happens at 3 different servers: RH7.3/RH9/Solaris8. (It never happened with 0.8.11pre29)

0(6435) DEBUG: is_maxfwd_present: max_forwards header not found! 0(6435) DEBUG: add_param: tag=0ddaef0c-fe29c73b 0(6435) end of header reached, state=29 0(6435) parse_headers: flags=256 0(6435) find_first_route(): No Route headers found 0(6435) loose_route(): There is no Route HF
Thanks
that's valid debugging output which is not related to error you are experiencing. -jiri
