I dont think it's possible in an easy manner :( At least in versions <= 0.9.x, I know it's not, because I needed the same thing before, but couldnt find any good solution. You can try using "search" function to search for some pattern inside the body, but dont hope too much.

Maybe someone esle can give a better idea?
