Yes, it solves the problem.
Just a side note, with qop on, the credential has Nonce count parameter 0. So function check_dig_cred() in ./parser/digest/digest.c returned an error code E_DIG_NC.

I use sjphone behind NAT which can register with sip.iptel.org successfully. But fail to register with my own SER in public internet.
I already setup nathelper and rtpproxy, and both rtpproxy and SER running properly. I don't know why register still fail.
