We are deploying a SER server which will be allways in the public Internet, and of course we will have to deal with different types of UA´s behind different types of NAT, mostly ADSL routers.

Can someone pls tell me which are the main differences between nathelper and mediaproxy, and in which scenarios one solution is better than the other ?

I´ve read the archives and still not sure ...
