Hello everyone,
I am playing around with the new CVS ser 0.8.11pre28 downloaded couple days ago. I am attaching my config script and also the output of syslog with errors. Afer I start ser it starts forking new processes until it crashes the box (fills up the memory). The script is little advanced, uses jabber,pa,msilo...
Thanks for your help. You are doing great job. Can't wait till next release.
Peter.

Hello, we need also the network dumps when it is happening -- use ngrep or ethereal for that. The log show that there is some invalid To address which might be the cause of crash.

Hello, I guess I found the bug that was in charge with that infinite forking. Could you get the last CVS version of SER and try again to see if the problem is still there?
Best regards, Daniel

Hello everyone,
I am playing around with the new CVS ser 0.8.11pre28 downloaded couple days ago. I am attaching my config script and also the output of syslog with errors. Afer I start ser it starts forking new processes until it crashes the box (fills up the memory). The script is little advanced, uses jabber,pa,msilo...
Thanks for your help. You are doing great job. Can't wait till next release.
Peter.
Daniel,
I am sorry I didn't reply to your request for network dumps, but I was really tighed up with couple of other projects and just didn't have time for SER :(
I will definitely give this CVS version a try.
Thanks again, Peter --- Daniel-Constantin Mierla mierla@fokus.fraunhofer.de wrote:
