Javier,
Kamailio will never touch the RTP data, it can however change the SDP
information, so that Asterisk or an RTP proxy can receive the correct
information. In a NAT scenario, you might do something like that. RTP
will normally go from client to client, but since you use Asterisk it
depends on your configuration of directmedia and the NAT flags.
